I have always worked with my hands. Since I was a young girl in high school art class, where I learned to weld sculptures out of metal, to becoming a goldsmith and jewelry designer, I have been drawn to using my hands to create. It wasn’t until I felt the grace and power of touching my father as I sat next to him on his hospital bed shortly before his death, that I knew that I would be using my hands to create health in others.

I have been a student of integrative health care systems for more that twenty years. I have extensive experience with the techniques and procedures used in a system of natural medicine from India known as Ayurveda, advanced training in the Usui System of Reiki, and training in Therapeutic Touch. In 1996 I entered the massage therapy program at the Central Ohio School of Massage and became licensed as a Massage Therapist by the Ohio State Medical Board in 1998. Since that time I have developed a system of treatment that is based on Ayurvedic theory, Reiki, classical Swedish massage and Therapeutic Touch. I am currently in full time private practice and provide integrative services to a diverse group of patients.
